Catarina Ceitil - Project Manager shERPa Business Transformation at Galp

Catarina is the Director of GALP’s shERPa Program, an end-to-end digital transformation of the company’s processes enabled by a greenfield S/4HANA implementation. She started her career as an SAP consultant and joined GALP in 2003. She has since held several controlling and business development positions in the Gas & Power and Upstream divisions and at corporate level. Catarina holds a degree in Business Management from ISCTE Business School in Lisbon and a Postgraduate in Corporate Finance from INDEG (University of Lisbon).

Bruno Santos - SAP Platform Technology Basis Architect at Galp

Bruno Santos is an Enterprise Architect working at Galp’s IT & Digital department. He joined shERPa in June 2019 and has been involved in the project throughout its implementation phase, having integrated the solution architecture team. Bruno is a technical consultant with +10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and SAP software solutions, participating in numerous end-to-end implementations and ongoing support projects, deployed as on-premises and in different cloud environments.

Pedro is an Associate Partner at Deloitte with over 20 years of experience assisting global and local clients to reinvent its customer relationships and business processes to the digital age. His key areas of expertise include market strategy, customer-centric operating models and digital-enabled transformation, with a focus on consumer-driven businesses such as retail, CPG and travel. He has delivered 100+ projects at clients across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region, from strategic plans to multi-year transformation programs enabled by SAP technology.

Mauro Martins - Portugal & LATAM Manager at Neptune Software

Mauro has been responsible for Neptune Software's operations in Portugal and LATAM for the past 3 years. He is in charge of managing the sales teams, partner management and end customer management for the regions of Portugal, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and remaining LATAM. With 19 years of experience in SAP products, from implementation, project management and customer management, he was executive partner and responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationship with customers of an SAP partner in Portugal for over 10 years.
